Return and Refund Policy

Our Return Period is 7 days. If 7 days are over unfortunately we can’t process the return request.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Product can be returned only if the product is not working after delivery within 7 days. We need an unboxing video to support the claim that the product is not working.

The item should be in original condition with all the tags, stickers and packaging intact, otherwise it won’t be returned.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Consumable products such as lactomagic, moringa tablet, massage oil etc can not be refunded or returned

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We do not offer exchange.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. In case of cash on delivery, we might require your account number to refund the amount. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. A successful refund request can take upto 15 days to process.

Do not send the product to our warehouse without first contacting the support team. In that case your refund request will be cancelled without any further intimation. To raise a refund request mention your order id, full name, date of purchase, name of item, reason for refund and send an email to
